• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience is required, specifically Excel.
• Basic experience with video-editing software is helpful but not required.
• Good communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and basic Excel formulas.
• Good writing, observation, organization, and teamwork skills. Must be willing to learn and document workplace processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, script, record, edit, and maintain instructional or training videos in collaboration with technical subject-matter experts.
• Review and improve manuals for clarity, structure, terminology, formatting, and overall usability.
• Gather requirements, organize parts data, develop calculation logic, test outputs, document functionality, and maintain calculators.
• Observe and document processes, consult process owners, create and revise SOPs, and ensure safety, quality, and document-control requirements are met.
• Map workflows, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, analyze performance data, support improvement activities, help implement solutions, and monitor results.
• Conduct workplace audits, coordinate 5S activities, develop visual controls, support employee training, assign improvement actions, and monitor results.

We are currently hiring for a highly motivated Customer Service Intern for the summer of 2027. Every day, millions of people around the world come into contact with products made using SCI equipment. Our thin film technologies are used in vacuum coating systems to make windows, smartphones, display screens, solar panels, automobile components, decorative hardware and more. Gain hands-on experience supporting a dynamic Field Service team while building skills in customer support operations, technical documentation, training development, and process improvement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tools and resources that enhance service delivery, improve efficiency, and contribute to real business outcomes!
