Job summary

Bühler Gruppe in the United States is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide technical support to customers and field technicians via a dedicated help desk. You will answer calls, resolve issues, and dispatch service parts to fulfill customer orders.

The role requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge of industrial controls, and experience with MRP systems and MS Office. This position supports customers and field personnel from a central location in Michigan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Degree appropriate for the position or equivalent training/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain positive composure in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of industrial controls, electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Experience with an MRP system and Microsoft Office Suite.
