Job summary

FASTSIGNS Kent is seeking a friendly, energetic Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our on-site team. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a salary of $22–$24 per hour. You will learn estimate writing, collaborate with production, and support customers from inquiry to finished project.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping people, communicate well, and stay organized. No graphic design required—training is provided to grow in sign solutions and sales.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand customer needs and translate into sign solutions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimates and orders.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in, phone, and email customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend sign and graphic solutions.
