Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer, inputting and retrieving information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing displays
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to provide the best customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
