Lowe's in Paducah, KY is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate. You will welcome customers, help them find the right products, and provide friendly service throughout their shopping experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with merchandise placement, processing orders and deliveries, and occasionally stocking or loading items. You may rotate to different departments based on store needs, aiming to deliver exceptional customer care.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform duties as required
• Minimum lifting 25 lbs unassisted, or more with accommodation

Mansioni

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, blinds)
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
