Job summary

Lowe’s in Missoula, MT seeks a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and deliver friendly service. You may assist across departments, restock merchandise, and process orders to meet customer needs while working in a dynamic, team-oriented retail setting.

The role supports a variety of departments and emphasizes strong communication, basic math, and the ability to stand and lift as needed. Part-time schedule available.

Qualifications

• 6 months computer experience.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform duties.
• Lift at least 25 lb unassisted (heavier with accommodation).
• Retail/customer service experience is a plus.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Trade certification in department is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
