Job summary

Lowe's in the United States is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement, delivering friendly service and solving shopper needs in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work in-store, assist across departments, and participate in training while meeting basic computer and retail-tech requirements; candidates should be able to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and comfort with retail devices.
• 6 months of customer-facing retail experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's with friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies where needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
