Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and resolve home improvement questions. You will greet customers, answer questions, and assist with checkout and merchandise organization.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic ability
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and select merchandise and answer questions
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time pickup/delivery
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare merchandise in department to meet customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping and checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
