Job summary

You will answer questions, assist with merchandising, and support checkout processes while maintaining strong service standards. The role offers a part-time schedule with flexible hours and opportunities to grow through Lowe’s Track to the Trades program and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic retail technology
• Reading, writing and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs
• Bi-lingual skills are preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and select products and services
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other areas to support store needs
• Assist with department-specific tasks (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut and thread pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
