Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate to help customers find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You’ll greet customers, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work across departments as needed, with opportunities for bilingual support and growth within the store team. This role emphasizes friendly service, problem solving, and attentiveness to customer needs.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities to perform job duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
