The successful candidate will work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with an hourly pay of $20. The position emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and strong organizational skills within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service/sales role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to schedule health screenings.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintaining and updating customer records to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
