• Coordinate ground operations as a point of contact for crew, line service technicians, and flight operations; ensure orders meet specs; secure hangar entry; arrange after-hours services; ensure success of ground services and related records.
• Manage and maintain statistics; generate daily/weekly/monthly reports; reconcile gas tickets; file invoices; balance cash; log stock; process purchaser records and reservations; distribute mail; process customer bills; record fuel shipping information.
• Comply with company policies and enterprise processes; follow movement plans; apply Open Door policy.
• Complete work assignments using data and assets; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and stakeholders; set priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; propose improvements; adapt and respond to feedback.
