Signs2U is seeking a Customer Service & Graphic Design Associate for an onsite role in Boise, ID. This position runs the front of the shop, combining customer support with straightforward design work using Adobe Illustrator.

Role Overview

The role is primarily focused on customer-facing operations. You will handle calls, walk-ins, quotes, payments, and order notifications, while also creating simple layouts and proofs for standard sign products. Design tasks are hands-on and intended to be approachable from the start, supported by shop training.

• Prepare quotes for standard items such as banners, yard signs, and decals in the shop management system
• Take payments in person and over the phone, including checking customers out at pickup
• Notify customers when their orders are ready
• Create simple layouts and proofs in Adobe Illustrator

Requirements
