Job summary

AlphaGraphics Boise is seeking an experienced installer to produce signs and banners and perform on-site installations across customer locations in the Twin Falls area as needed.

You will measure, mount, and maintain signs, follow safety rules, operate basic tools, and collaborate with sales and design teams. This onsite role requires reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to cross-train for volume demands.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret work orders to determine sign installation requirements.
• Prepare installation sites by measuring and marking surfaces and ensuring they are clean and debris-free.
• Install and mount signs using drilling, screwing, and gluing.
• Repair and maintain existing signs, replacing broken parts.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines for a safe working environment.
• Record installation data and KPIs to management.
• Drive company vehicles to installation sites.

This position is an operator type role in the large format department where you will be producing a number of signs and banners for customers. The role will also be used to help with installations onsite at a customer location in the Twin Falls area. We are looking for an individual that has an eye for detail, is mechanically inclined, is able to solve complex problems, is comfortable working on computers, is able to use a tape measure accurately, and physically able to be on your feet all day, lift products and work on items over you head. Will install a variety of products, from building signs to vehicle and wall graphics.
