Signs2U in Boise, ID is hiring a Customer Service & Graphic Design Associate for an onsite role. You will greet customers, take calls, prepare quotes, process payments, and provide order updates, while also handling simple layouts using Adobe Illustrator.

This front-of-shop position trains you on sign products and pricing, with room to grow toward project management as you gain experience. A friendly communicator with attention to detail will thrive in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in retail/front desk/food service or similar.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
• Friendly, confident communication in person and on the phone.
• Reliability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities (phone, counter, computer) during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and answer incoming calls.
• Respond to website inquiries and route larger projects to project managers.
• Prepare quotes for standard items (banners, yard signs, decals) in the shop system.
• Take payments in person and over the phone; process pickup payments.
• Notify customers when orders are ready.
• Create simple layouts and proofs in Adobe Illustrator.
• Support project managers by keeping customer and job files organized.
