Job summary

Michaels is hiring a part-time Service Team Member in Puyallup, WA. You’ll help customers find products, provide friendly service, and ensure a smooth checkout experience with accurate cash handling and quick transactions.

Cross-trained in framing sales and production, you’ll also assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-store presentation while supporting omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram updates.
• Support omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
