Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. in Seattle seeks a customer-oriented Team Member to help customers create custom framing solutions and guide them to the right products.

You will maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store, handle framing orders with care, operate the register, and support omni-channel processes, while upholding store SOPs and safety standards.

Flexibility for nights, weekends and early mornings is required; compensation ranges per hour and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Basic measuring skills
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter
• Retail experience preferred
• Experience selling products/services to customers

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions.
• Help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist with Omni channel processes.
