SpinXpress Laundry is hiring a Customer Service Facility Attendant in McAllen, TX. Start in an entry-level role with opportunities for growth, and join a team that values community, fun, and family.

You’ll ensure a clean, welcoming facility, greet customers, and respond quickly to inquiries while upholding policies and safety. Paid training at $10/hour for six weeks with potential bonuses after training.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility for customers.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and community members.
• Ability to respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and issues.
• Experience in maintaining visual presentation standards for merchandise.
• Ability to educate customers on services, products, and promotions with enthusiasm.
• Familiarity with following company policies, procedures, and dress codes consistently and accurately.
• Ability to be at work on time when scheduled.
