Job summary

SpinXpress Laundry in Arlington, TX is seeking a Customer Service Facility Attendant to greet customers, keep the facility clean, bright, and safe, and help the community enjoy a better laundry experience. You will engage with customers, answer questions, maintain orderly displays, and contribute to a friendly, energetic workplace.

Paid training starts at $10 per hour, with $10–$12 per hour after training plus bonuses, and flexible scheduling across mornings, evenings, nights, or weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all
• Proven track record of building strong relationships within a community, enhancing customer loyalty
• Ability to communicate effectively, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and issues
• Experience in merchandising, with an eye for maintaining appealing and well-presented displays
• Ability to educate customers on services, products, and promotions—highlighting their benefits
• Commitment to following company policies, procedures, and dress code standards consistently and reliably
• Ability to be at work on time when scheduled
