Job summary

SpinXpress Laundry in Katy, TX is seeking a Customer Service Facility Attendant to join a team focused on a fun, clean, and safe guest experience. Qualifications

• Experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and community members.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and issues.
• Experience in maintaining visual presentation standards for merchandise.
• Educate customers on products, services, and promotions.
• Familiarity with following company policies and procedures, including dress code compliance, is a plus.
• Be at work on time when scheduled.
