Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Moultonborough, NH, to be the face of service and support customers with rentals and equipment inspections. You will assist customers in-store and on-site, using U-Scan to manage inventory and dispatch equipment.

The role requires a valid driver's license and a high school diploma; on-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for bonuses and advancement. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Propane fill (certification offered on employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered on employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
