Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Tilton, NH to be the friendly face of the team. You will assist customers with rentals, use U-Scan tech to manage inventory, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers.

The role includes on-the-job training and certifications offered for propane and forklift, with opportunities for growth within a supportive, safety-conscious work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and prepare equipment on the lot.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane fill and forklift operations (certifications offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
