U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Irondequoit, NY. You will be the face of our service, aiding customers with U-Haul products and processing rentals using the U-Scan system. You’ll help move and hook up trucks and perform equipment inspections.

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma. This on-site role offers on-the-job training, generous benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Mansioni

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
