U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Springfield, MA to help customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and dispatch using U-Scan technology. You will assist customers both inside the center and in field settings, ensuring smooth service and accurate invoicing.

The role emphasizes safety, equipment handling, and providing excellent customer support, with on-the-job education and a sign-on bonus program. EOE.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
