U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our Sparks, NV location. You will be the face of our service team, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and answering questions about products and services.

The role uses smartphone-based U-Scan tech to manage rentals, with opportunities to learn on the job and advance through the company. Training is provided; schedule includes interviews with potential pay bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan smartphone technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers as needed.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and answer questions about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment.
