Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in San Antonio to be the friendly face assisting customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and safe operation. You will handle on-site and mobile inquiries, educate customers on products, process invoices, and participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.

Applicants with a valid driver's license and a high school diploma are welcome; on-the-job education and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers.
• Able to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
