Job summary

U-Haul Holding Company, Rochester NH, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, assist with rentals and equipment, inspect and maintain gear, and guide them through the process using U-Scan technology.

This role offers on-the-job education, opportunities for advancement, and a bonus program including a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 certification bonus upon completion of inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-line roles is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and assist customers across dialects and ages.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use mobile technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Inspect and prepare equipment for use, and educate customers about products.
