U-Haul is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative in Reno, NV. You will be the face of our service team, assisting customers with U-Haul products and services, using U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory, and helping with equipment movement and setup.

The role includes on-the-job education, safety training, and opportunities to grow within a large national company. Training may occur at the Sparks facility, with emphasis on customer care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate smartphones for rentals.
• Strong team collaboration and communication.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Manage rentals and inventory using smartphone-based U-Scan technology.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot, including fluids checks.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certified through U-Haul upon employment) and forklift operation (certified through U-Haul upon employment).
