Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Phoenix to be the face of the company’s exceptional service. You will assist customers, dispatch and return equipment using U-Scan technology, and help ensure trucks and trailers are ready for use.

No prior certification required, on-the-job training is provided. You will work as part of a supportive team, helping customers with questions, preparing invoices, and educating customers on available products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Willingness to learn how to operate and inspect equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment for safety and readiness.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Provide information and guidance on products and services to customers.
