Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service efforts. You will assist customers both inside and outside our centers, using U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory, inspect equipment, and educate customers on products.

You will move and hook up trucks, prepare invoices, and process returns while maintaining safety standards and delivering friendly, efficient service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to learn and use smartphone-based dispatch technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul centers.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Educate customers about products and services and answer questions.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
