U-Haul in Lexington, KY seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers in person and remotely, manage rentals with U-Scan, and help move and connect equipment while maintaining equipment on the lot.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers; inspect and maintain equipment.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitch wiring and propane as certified.
• Operate a forklift as needed (certification offered on employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
