Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Jonesboro, GA to be the friendly face of the brand, helping customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and safety checks. You will use the latest U-Haul technology to dispatch and return equipment, assist customers on-site and remotely when needed, and contribute to a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn U-Haul systems and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and ensure safety and readiness.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment.
• Participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.
