Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Decatur, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers, use U-Scan tech to manage rentals, and help with moving and inspecting equipment on a busy lot.

Qualifications

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license may be required.
• Customer service experience preferred; ability to assist customers and explain products clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Educate customers about products and services; participate in ongoing training.
