Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service.

You will assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, manage rentals with U-Scan tech, inspect and prepare equipment, and help with invoices and returns. This role includes on-the-job education, potential certification opportunities such as forklift and hitch/wiring, and a benefits package with health insurance, paid holidays, and a $100 signing

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record are required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and work around moving parts in a retail environment.
• Friendly, service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and ensure fluids are checked.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns of equipment.
