Job summary

U-Haul is seeking friendly, motivated people for the position of Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as part of a supportive team to be the face of U-Haul’s exceptional service, helping customers on their journeys by inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment.

This role offers on-the-job education, two hands-on interviews with pay, a $100 hiring bonus, and a $300 cash bonus after

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
