Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Baton Rouge, LA. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers with rentals, inspecting equipment, and guiding them through our U-Scan tools to manage inventory and dispatch.

Responsibilities include wiring trailers, completing invoices, and supporting ongoing training through U-Haul University. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist customers with products and services.
• Ability to use technology to manage rentals and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
