U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Greenville, SC location. You will greet customers, assist with rentals, inspect and prepare equipment, and educate customers on products and services. You may also drive, hook up trailers, and complete propane and forklift certifications after employment.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous learning through U-Haul University with on-site training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
