Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face helping customers with products and services. You will assist customers, utilize U-Scan tech to dispatch and track rentals, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers.

The role includes inspecting equipment, preparing invoices, and receiving on-the-job training plus certifications for propane filling and forklift operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver\'s license with a good driving record.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; fill propane and operate forklifts (certifications offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
