Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service at a Middletown location. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan technology, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers while inspecting equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, be available on weekends, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. This part-time position offers benefits and opportunities for advancement within our nationwide network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
