Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Mishawaka, Indiana. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers with rentals, equipment, and related products while using U-Scan tech to manage inventory and dispatch.

Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn are essential; on-the-job education is provided. The role supports on-site work with opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
