Job summary

U-Haul in Garland, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, manage rentals with U-Scan, move and hook up trucks, inspect equipment, and educate customers on products and services.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside the U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment and educate customers on products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring (certification offered).
• Fill propane (certification offered).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
