U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers, dispatch equipment using U-Scan, and help with moving and hooking up trucks and trailers.

The role includes inspecting equipment, educating customers about products and services, processing invoices, and participating in ongoing U-Haul education. Certifications for propane and forklift are offered during employment.

Qualifikationen

• Requires valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Customer-focused communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with learning and using tech tools for dispatch and inventory management.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane and forklift operation (certifications provided on employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
