Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service at a U-Haul location in Yukon, OK. You will help customers, dispatch and return equipment using smartphone-based U-Scan, and assist with moving and hooking up trucks.

The role includes on-the-job education, benefits, and opportunities to grow within the company as you ensure smooth customer journeys and efficient equipment handling.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot, check fluids.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
