Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Tulsa, OK to be the face of our service, assisting customers, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and using U-Scan technology to dispatch rentals. This role offers on-the-job education and the chance to earn bonuses as you grow with the team.

You will work as part of a supportive crew, moving and hooking up trucks, answering questions, and preparing invoices. A valid license and high school diploma are required to begin training today.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work with customers and lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with products and services inside and outside the center.
• Use U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move, hook up, inspect and fuel when certified.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
