Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Pharr, TX. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers, dispatching and returning equipment using U-Scan tech, and ensuring trucks and trailers are ready for their journeys.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship required.
• High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment and check fluid levels on the lot.
• Educate customers about products and services and prepare rental invoices.
