Job summary

A leading moving company is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Old Town, Maine. In this role, you will assist customers with their needs both inside and outside the U-Haul center, use technology to manage rentals, and perform equipment inspections. You will also be responsible for preparing rental invoices and accepting returned equipment. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent. This position includes bonuses and various employee perks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
