U-Haul in Lexington, KY is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service standard. You will assist customers with rentals, educate them on products, and help manage and inspect equipment on site.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and use U-Haul technology for rentals and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane filling and forklift operation (certifications offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
