Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Grapevine, TX. You will be the face of our service team, assisting customers with rentals, equipment checks, and product inquiries.

Training is provided, and you will use smartphone-based U-Scan tech to manage inventory and rentals at the location. In this role, you’ll move and hook up trucks, perform basic inspections, and help customers complete invoices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work with customers and teammates to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and explain products to customers.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns; install hitches and trailer wiring.
