Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Dallas location. You will assist customers inside and outside the center with U-Haul products and services, use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory, move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, and inspect equipment on the lot.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and help customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment on the lot.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
