Qualifications

• Customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to educate customers on products and services.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot; fill propane if certified.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns; answer questions.
